Arrive is available on iOS through TestFlight.
Click here to download. You'll need to install the free TestFlight app from the App Store first.
Is Arrive free to use?
Yes — Arrive is completely free to download and use. All guides, checklists, and the AI assistant are available at no cost.
Which universities does Arrive support?
Arrive supports hundreds of US universities with personalized checklists and community features. If your university isn't listed, you can still use the general guides and AI assistant.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our

I found incorrect information in a guide. How do I report it?
We update our guides regularly, but immigration and financial rules change. Please email us at
hello@arriveos.net with the specific issue and we'll update it promptly.
Does Arrive offer immigration legal advice?
No. Arrive provides general information and guidance, not legal advice. For questions about your specific visa situation, consult your university's Designated School Official (DSO) or a licensed immigration attorney.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." You can also email us at
hello@arriveos.net to request deletion.
I'm having a technical problem with the app. What should I do?
Try force-closing and reopening the app, or deleting and reinstalling it. If the issue persists, email us at
hello@arriveos.net with a description of the problem and your device model.
