These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arrive mobile application and website at arriveos.net (collectively, "Arrive"), operated by Nevil Malana ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Arrive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Arrive.
Arrive is an informational platform that provides guides, checklists, and resources to help international students relocate to and navigate life in the United States. This includes information on visas, housing, banking, health insurance, taxes, SIM cards, and related topics.
Arrive is currently in beta. Features and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
All content provided by Arrive is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind. Arrive is not a licensed immigration attorney, financial advisor, or tax professional.
You should always consult a qualified professional — such as a licensed immigration attorney or your university's Designated School Official (DSO) — before making decisions based on information found in Arrive. We are not liable for any actions you take based on our content.
Arrive is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using Arrive, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use Arrive.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of Arrive without our prior written consent. You may share individual guide links for personal, non-commercial use.
Arrive may contain links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Arrive is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Arrive will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on Arrive is accurate, complete, or current.
We make no warranty that information about visa requirements, banking products, housing, or other topics is up to date, and we strongly encourage you to verify all information with official government and institutional sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Arrive — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reliance on information provided by the app or website.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Arrive shall not exceed $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Arrive, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Arrive at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may also stop using Arrive at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of Arrive after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Arrive shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
